Great Place, Room for Improvement

These apartments are awesome in value and what you get, but it’s lacking in terms of PM not tending to needs of tenants, especially conflict or noise. PM leaves much to be desired, in comparison to other properties we have lived, just as much as the thin walls here. It’s super quiet and the area is ideal if you are looking for something in between everything. Maintenance man is A1 and probably the reason we tolerate the shortcomings, but overall, it is a clean conplex and well maintained.

Quiet, Serene, Simple

Convenient to the interstate. Quiet and uncrossed, living in this community is peaceful and friendly. There’s pitfalls, with anything. If you want to live the simplest without troubles of a million amenities, this is the perfect place & having a garage, no matter which unit you choose is awesome. The walls are thin and you can tell the developers cheaped out in areas, but no doubt this was an incredible find. Maintenance man Doug is awesome and friendly, but he’s probably the only staff member you’ll really have face time with. You rarely can ever find the property manager, as she doesn’t seem to be the most people person, a quality you kinda need in a property manager, especially to keep cohesion within the community. You either find out about things the day of or too late or complaints are falling on deaf ears. Otherwise, this is a diamond hiding out in the farm lands and definitely worth the drive for there is never traffic and it’s always quiet and the people are friendly.
