We like the apartment and the country location but too expensive with no amenities. The price we pay would be for a comparable apartment with a pool, club house and work out facility. Water bills are high. They are very quick in responding to maintenance issues.

The apartments are nice for the most part. Tons of flies no matter what you do. They come from outside and the drains despite frequent cleanings. Sound proofing is so poor you can easily hear neighbors. Parking lots are accessed via garage for many of us and neighbors take spots that should be yours. No assigned spots. During snow you have to park on streets even if you have kids or in garage so leave space. Garbage is always full. Would be nice to have community resources since price is equivalent to a mortgage. Would love to see a playground or dog park. Neighbors are nice.

We have been very pleased with our apartment. We have been here for 11 months. It is close to our kids and grandkids. We have also found the library, dentist, chiropractor, etc. very close to us. People are friendly and the staff is responsive to our needs. I would like to have more lighting, if anyone wants my opinion for the next unit being built.

These apartments are awesome in value and what you get, but it’s lacking in terms of PM not tending to needs of tenants, especially conflict or noise. PM leaves much to be desired, in comparison to other properties we have lived, just as much as the thin walls here. It’s super quiet and the area is ideal if you are looking for something in between everything. Maintenance man is A1 and probably the reason we tolerate the shortcomings, but overall, it is a clean conplex and well maintained.
