My fridge has gone out twice now and had to throw out food and they do nothing. They towed my car a day before they needed it moved for plowing.

The property is located close to Bayview, Downtown, the Airport and freeway access. The onsite management staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The neighbors keep to themselves mostly but offer friendly "hellos" when welcomed. You will have your own outdoor access to your apartment, basement laundry machines, and outdoor lot parking off the main street is very well lit. Walking distance to many bars and pubs. The apartments are small, however they are clean and updated and perfect for one person or a couple. Great LARGE mirrored sliding door closet in the bedroom. The lease does not allow for overnight guests more than 5x a month, so if you are in a serious relationship - be advised.

Great management and prompt maintenance requests, clean and quiet area. Very safe and has on-site laundry. Small apartments, but is perfect for one person or a couple with minimalistic traits.
