I rented my apt in Mar 2021. I was in the process of selling my home and was looking for something smaller and compatible for an older person, such as I. I love the warmth of the natural wood throughout, the size is perfect for my needs. Just would like one couple to have a bit more respect when it comes to talking in the hallway, taking advantage of the surroundings outside and being quite loud & boisterous, after hours. Which, by the way, is right outside my frontroom window. Garage parking was listed, but unfortunately, that seems to be storage for items other than vehicles. Wouldn't mind having a bit of unsulation, under my frontroom floor which also is the celing part of the basement. I'll adjust, I guess. Would like to stay here as long as possible. In the process of applying for social security and being here is one of those securities.

It'll be a year in March that I first took my apt. Being an older person, I prefer and enjoy the fact, that this is a 1 bed, 4 family building. Less leikely to have the commotion and noise of children, running in/out daily. Love the area also. Close to, but yet not right in the middle of too much.
