Hopefully the rent doesn't go up again. Also we don't use the laundry room, we go to a laundry mat. I can get my clothes washed and dried in about an hr and a half.

Really no amenities. No club house, no pool. Old washer and dryers. Need more than 2 per building. Nothing special.
