overall good - management may need to be friendly bit so resident feel to reach management and also welcoming - With recent rent increase , it should be good to get some new appliances in apartment - it still have old appliances and need mostly Maintenance

The parking is always an issue. Many park more then 2 vehiles in lot and not 1 in the garage. Or they have soo many visitors with no places to park.
