Location is great an units. Upkeep on the outside is lacking though. Minimal parking if 2 working adults in each unit with cars. Some excellent staff on site, but some do minimal to get by.

Most residents are great and friendly. Staff help as much as they can. Maintenance of facility is very lacking. Snow cleaning and actual landscaping.. Could be extraordinary given location.

I love everything about my townhome. Love the modern appliances, the bedrooms are very spacious, the sliding glass door is very wide which lets in a lot of sunlight, love the hardwood floors. The neighbors are very friendly also! The parking lot does need to be expanded for guests though.
