I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about Plank Trail Apartments. Gerry was incredibly helpful and responded to questions very quick. Maintenance was very quick with fixing things when needed. Good price for what you get, I would recommend this to everyone!

Overall I've been happy here. I have noticed the the maintenance person is constantly changing.. Jerry is a great manager and responds quickly. The insulation in the bathrooms could definitely improve.

I've been here over 2 years & have been overall very happy. The quality of the finishes, higher end appliances are very nice. Having wifi, cable & water included in the rent a nice deal. My only complaint would be I wish they would have put central air in instead of the wall unit or added a wall unit to the main bedroom.
