We have been here 2 years and are very comfortable. The staff is always easy to reach and takes care of things promptly. The building itself is very quiet and we don't really know we have neighbors. The building is kept clean. The location is convenient to groceries and some dining. The street noise is difficult is the summer. What we are missing is a place to sit outside in the summer time since there are no decks.

We've been here 1 year All the large windows make it a very nice place to live. Heating/cooling has been a bit confusing. It would be nice to have a hand held shower especially if on is using a walker or wheel chair
