Moved here about a year and a half ago and we love it. Comes with washing machine and dryer in our unit and all the basic amenities an apartment should have. With a park right across the parking lot it makes for a beautiful calm relaxing view to sit out on the patio and enjoy the evening. Maintenance has been quick when there is an issue and they’re on top of notices in case there is an inspection. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a two bedroom that has a bit larger than a low end budget and is looking for somewhere nice.

Overall, we have REALLY enjoyed living at Milltown in River Falls. Our patio is amazing! There have been just a few things that could be improved upon. We have received several notifications about things that are going to get fixed or changed and then nothing ever happens. One example is the lock for the door to the garage. We were told the lock needed to be changed as it wasn't up to code. That was months ago and nothing ever happened. Our original list of items that were noted when we first moved in have never been taken care of and we have been here over a year. We miss having Michael on site. Since he has left, there has been minimal communication.

I have lived here for 8 months. What I like best about my apartment is the updated/modern look it has. I do think the rent is bit high and am not necessarily a fan of paying for a parking spot especially since it's $60/month. I feel like the outdoor parking spots should not be an extra expense; I understand charging for a garage. There's also not a whole lot of parking available for visitors unless one of the couple visitor spots are open or they're not staying over night and can park down by the park. The park area parking does not allow overnight parking. Unless your neighbors are using their quiet inside voice, it's pretty easy to hear them very clearly through the walls as well as music playing. Overall, it's nice to have an apartment that doesn't feel gross and is well-maintained. I would recommend this property to others, the management is very respectful and has good communication.

Love living here! Only thing we would change would be adding a dog park like discussed when initially signing lease. We feel the community would utilize it much more versus a community garden or space being that there are a lot of dogs on property. Overall best place we've rented and are very happy living here! Thank you for all you do we greatly appreciate it!
