I loved living there. The staff were awesome. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Very acomedating. Apartment was clean with ample living space.

Enjoy location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Entry Door is rusted out and needs to be replaced. Parking lot needs improvement. The curbs need to be replaced as they are crumbling and present a tripping hazard in quite a few spots. The parking lines need to be repainted. Guest parking needs to be designated. The garage has water seeping in which was addressed in the past with no improvement. The management needs to reroute the water coming off the gutter drain pipes. Are the landscapers moving them and not replacing them after mowing? Why not put gravel there instead? The sidewalk floods 3 or 4 inches from building drain spout misplacement. No A/C in bedroom opening for it. Why? Other than that I am a happy resident.

This is my third time living here. I move often, but this is not temporary housing. Great location where you can walk to downtown Rhinelander shops, post office, library, banks. Older building is showing its age. And the site has older bushes, trees, sidewalks, and landscaping that should be better maintained. Units are good and maintained. Not sound-proof so there is noise of neighbors moving chairs, showering, laundry and even children playing in adjacent units. I know nothing can be done about the lack of tenant noise and worn out site improvements, but the location and cost outway it. I still choice it when I come back due to the location.
