My son loves it there.

My son lives there and he likes it. The location is great for him. It is quiet and the office staff are very helpful. The neighbors are nice and friendly.

Water not good.

The water is not very good. Definitely need to use a water filter. It turns my shower curtain brown within a few days. My gums were in bad shape until I started filtering everything. Then my gums went back to normal.

Davenport St

Maintenance and staff are very attentive and resspond quickly. Construction of units is pretty cheap. Moulding coming off of walls. Walls are very thin. I literally hear every single step from the people above me. I can hear neighors through the walls. Nothing special. Yet they keep raising the rent. It seems as if it is their intention to drive out long term residents that pay rent on time and don't cause any problems. Meanwhile many units sit empty.
