My experience living here has honestly been great. My roommate and I have had little to no issues after living here for roughly six months now. The only problem we have run into more than once is not having enough room for tenet parking in the outdoor parking lot. Also a few homeless people have made their way into the building and wonder around. However, maintenance is very good at patrolling and making sure they leave as soon as they are busted. Love living here overall!

Love the location, the kitchen, and the high ceilings! The "fitness center" was disappointing though, if it wasn't advertised than I would've been pleasantly surprised to see a few cardio machines but when you read "fitness center" you think of something a bit more. Overall an amazing place tho! And close enough to some good gyms for that one short coming to not matter.

Overall, my time at Morgan Crossing has been enjoyable. The staff responds to emails quickly and the grounds are well maintained. The residents can be annoying, but that's given when stinky college students are around. Peace.
