Management is Amazing! They go above and beyond!

I get that rent goes up every year, but you about to price out yourself for cost to value ratio, There are other places around here renting for less. that are just as nice.

Just moved in. Quiet and on the river. Nice accommodations, friendly staff.

The new management team is very nice, respectable, approachable, amd easy going. The over all experience has changed for the better. The buolding is a lot cleaner . The stains have been removed from the carpet. The building now always smells great as well.

This is my first apartment I have ever lived in. My apartment has a decent view of the river. In-house washer and dryer is very convenient. Appliances function well. The previous building managers had installed a new dishwasher before we moved in, and we had some issues with it right away. Maintenance was able to come by and check it out within a day of me notifying them. We are still resolving it, but the management has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. It's quiet and it's in a good location.
