The parking in our area is really bad. Creates an issuse to receive visitors. Also being on the back row of apartments creates a problem with patio. It becomes a garbage collection site. The wind blows all the garbage in from other complex.

Is a very nice area and especially debit Courtyard for a 22 year old young man and the location is in is easily accessible to go walk right across the street to the pool and the sauna and the workout room and it's very nice to have detached garage where you can walk right through and do his own garbage.
