Atmosphere great. Feel very safe. Staff amazing. Only gripe is now we pay for water based on apartment size vs number of occupants. Dont feel my family if two should pay the same as a family of 6 of which 5 are adults. Now we now also paying for garbage and recycling. I am paying more a year than my home owner friends in st francis, south Milwaukee and Milwaukee. This chargeis also based on apartment size.

I always find the staff respectful and polite. My constant complaint is the parking situation. In my cul-de-sac area we have eight garages that face each other in bldg. 315 and 285. Of those eight apartments/garages, four, or 50%, use their garages for storage lockers or for anything but parking a car. All have at least two cars and/or motorcycles. Any emailed reminder or warning is disregarded because everyone knows nothing will follow the email to effect a change. The bottom line is, there are never any visitor parking slots available. The people will even block the entrance to the area with a vehicle when the visitor spots are filled. I've had to ask people to move a vehicle to even get to my garage.
