We’ve been living here for 10 years. There’s definitely been some changes somewhat have been really hard to take. I do believe they’re understaffed and maybe that’s just a sign of the times.

Overall this is a decent apartment as long as you have quiet neighbors. Walls an ceiling are extremly thin. Maintenence is always 2-3 weeks behind unless its urgent. If you live in one of the buildings in the second entery, or 3rd the buildings are very old, newer buildings are closest to highway 100. Walls are not straight/ mounting a tv over the fire place is iffy because studds are not centered, kitchen cabinets are butchered together. “Updated” Vinal plank floor is cheap and scratches very easily. Windows are old and let in cold air. Maintenece outside is good “such as grass cutting and plowing”. No one parks in their drive way there is always limited guest parking. Back yard area is spacious but you face directly to the neighbors sliding doors acrossed, and can see into their main living area. It is expensive for what you get but youre basically paying for the location, being in whitnall park is very beautiful if you enjoy the outdoors, also management has been slowly adding special events such as easter egg hunt for kids, free gift wrapping area around christmas time. I think managment could put in alot more effort in, and realize that updates of new flooring and countertops should not make rent go up 300$ when resigning. Those things are basic maintence of any aprtment.

I am not agree with month to month lease is 500$ specialy when tenet paying rent since more then 1 year . You guys not charge regular rent plus 500$ , if you guys not charge 500$ you might be not broke but tenet could, thats why i move from apartment , and that cause loosing winter tent

Cars drive faster than they should for kids living around, however decent place to live.
