Why Renters Love It Here
Great Place to Live!
I've been a resident at Plum Tree Apartment Homes for 3 years. I love it here. Very nice apartments with a comfortable layout. Very little if any noise between apartments. Great location to most everything and not far from the City. I highly recommend living at Plum Tree.
Great buildings, but all could use rennovation
It's extremely safe in this neighborhood and everyone is welcoming. I love how quiet and peaceful it is. I usually have no issue getting my maintenance requests filled, but sometimes it takes them several days-week to get back to me. The apartments could definitely use a refresh, a lot of the appliances and furnishings are worn down, but the value is great.

Neighbors above are too loud
More parking spots needed. Neighbors kids above are too loud
Great apartment complex
I have been living here for 4 years and. Have not had any problems with staff or tenants. Would recommend this place for anyone!
