We lived at Parkland Green for one year and absolutely loved it. If we hadn't moved out of state, we would have stayed there as long as possible. Living at Parkland Green feels like being on permanent vacation at a luxury condo. The grounds are always perfectly maintained, the area is so peaceful and tranquil, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the apartments are so spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of storage. We couldn't have asked for a better place to live, or for a better Manager. Bill was always readily available to help with any questions during our time there, going above and beyond to help residents, and really made us feel at home. The pool is also amazing in the summer months: always clean, at the perfect temperature, and just so nice to enjoy that it was hard to believe that we weren't on holiday while relaxing by the pool. I can't recommend Parkland Green more highly!

Parkland Green is an amazing value in every category. It is so well-kept, quiet, spacious, friendly, and safe. The heated underground parking is a wonderful option, and even the landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance is the best and fastest I have ever seen in years of renting! It is clear Parkland Green cares really about their building and their residents.

My wife did her due diligence looking for the best place for us. Parkland Green is an amazing place for us. The location is perfect. The maintenance staff is awesome, quick responsive and professional. The amenities are great. There is very little noise for us. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The best value for us, we are very grateful.

While living at Parkland Green, there was never a dull moment. The location was perfect because my job was in New Berlin and Milwaukee was close by. Bill Halat is one of the best people at the complex that I've ever met. Had the company I worked for not been bought out, I'd still be living there. To all the staff at Parkland Green Apartments, I want to say thank you for everything. I had a lot of good memories there. Anyone who reads this review and is looking for a place to stay in New Berlin, please give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.
