We lived here for just under a year. We loved being close to Walmart, Pick n Save, and Walgreens. School district is great as well. Maintenance was always quick to get things fixed and were always really nice. Felix in the office helped us with the application process and was great to work with. Clean staff was also friendly and did an amazing job keeping the property clean and free from trash. The over all community was wonderful. We meet some really great people while staying here, our kids made friends as well. The large green yard was great for the kids to be able to play. Neighbors were very friendly and really worked like a big family. Cookouts, birthday parties and always helpful. Only reason we left was because we bought a home. Highly recommend.
