Why Renters Love It Here
Dublin Trail apartments
I don't have any complaints. I like that fact that this in general is a quiet apartment complex.
Nice place to live
Nice and quiet place to live. Nice propety management
Great and Safe
Very safe and quiet. Tucked in a perfect neighborhood.
Disappointed
The facility maintenance could be stepped up a bit, bushes and landscaping are really lacking, cleaning out gutters and downspouts so they don't overflow when it rains, blow leaves and grass clippings off of paved areas when done cutting grass. The 2 car garages are a joke in Glenkerry, barely big enough for 2 cars, much less being able to put anything else inside when cars are parked. I moved into Glenkerry, my carpet is absolutely trashed and wore out. I was under the impression there would be new carpet installed before I moved in since it was soooo bad at the preview showing. Nope, they left it. I have all my things packed in a very large moving truck at signing day, and I walk in and see nothing was done with the crappy carpet. What am I supposed to do, live in the truck? Disappointed is not the word, more like tricked. I can't walk on the carpet in socks without trashing the bottom of my socks from picking up ground in mess. Walking barefoot actually makes the bottom of my feet discolored also! Gross!!!!!
Okay could be better
Overall okay apartments, but I say with COVID happening and not being able to use the pool or workout area and the community building I am curious why we should pay so much. Also, the AC unit is only in one living area the bedrooms are always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. None of the appliances are energy efficant so your power bill is ridiculous. The staff is not very friendly either. They had us sign the lease before we saw the apartment and when I was not happy with what I saw she said to bad you already signed the lease. I found this to be very wrong and did not like being forced into this apartment. I am a film maker and have documented many of the things I have witnessed here. If you have interest in moving here you may want to see my video first.
