Other than the rent going up a lot since I moved in, it has been ok living here. My carpet in the LR and hall is very worn out - to the point I am embarassed to have anyone come over. For the amount of rent, I feel as thiugh it should be replaced. The only other comment I have is the inaccessability of the parking stalls in the front of the apartments in the winter. There is no shoveled path to conveniently get to your vehicle. Everyone just either shovels the area of the lawn ourselves or goes all the way around which I do not like doing because of thr risk of falling.

So far everything is good, but the noise can be loud. I can hear the person snoring on the other side of my bedroom (even with a sound machine) and can hear the person upstairs pretty clearly when she is talking in her kitchen/living room and some kids visit and are running around. Its not all the time so it is what it is. ,Otherwise I really wish a sunny view was available for my plants. Staff is great and on top of things and very friendly. Grateful to have a roof over my head.:-)

I have lived here for 6 and a half years, we have had 6 different managers, maintenance does not work 5 days a week. they work usually just 2 days. There are no amenities, appliances have not been updated. My rent has been raised five times in 6 years, using the same excuses but nothing has been upgraded. I will be moving this year.

Carpets could use replacing. Wood on patios need to be pressure washed. Paint on doors and shutters are very faded and need repainting. Haven't had an on-site manager for months. Lawn gets mowed regularly.

Lived here 5 years. Nice size rooms. Live downstairs with very little insulation between floors so able to hear upstairs tenants often. Apts show wear. Carpet needs replacing.
