It’s got pots

I love my apartment. But maintenance is not very good. The office never answers. My neighbors are loud and they won’t do anything about it. There’s very little storage space in the apartment itself. But I like the apartment, and for the price we get a lot.

Good value

My husnand and I lived at these apartments for 1.5 years. We felt they were a very good price for the location and size of the apartment. Staff communication was so so but was never a big problem. Good access to 41 and great walking trail right by it. Nice to also have a garage for the price. Would definitely recommend

Great place .. Clean .. and Very Affordable

The Apartments are clean, spacious and feel very comfortable to come home too. The Maintenance personal is very timely and attentive to your requests. Apartments are updated and heat is included in the rent, which is a huge bonus. A garage is also included with the rental at no additional cost. Snow removal and lawn care is also taken care of for the tenants. A really great value for the price. The only negative to our apartment is it is closer to the railroad tracks so there is some noise, but we have gotten used to it after a few weeks. I couldnt be happier with this Apartment. Very professionally managed.

I have lived here for 6 months and there is a lack of communication with staff as well as maintenance. I still dont have doors in front of my washer and dryer because no ine has fixed them
