The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. I like it here. It is affordable and quiet and nobody steals my packages

I have lived in a 2 bedroom unit of Golf Bridge Apartments for over 2 years. The rent is affordable, pets are welcome, and the neighbors are friendly and relaxed. There are some new apartments coming in next door, which has temporarily added some noise and will add to the area's population.

Call just to inquire on an apartment. I decided not to after talking to an old guy named Wally. He asked me if I have any pets and I said yes I have two cats then he said no cats allowed unless they're declawed. Obviously this guy doesn't like pets if you could read his whole thing on the front part of the page. To declaw a cat or any other animal is cruelty to animals that's part of their natural resource to protect themselves from mean people and stuff like that. So I never lived here don't know what it's like it looked good but just the tone from this guy in a snobbery and how he views animals says no I will not ever live in a place like this or any other place that requires us. In fact I've never heard of any other place requires that you declaw your pets. So I will say I never lived here but the next page asks if I have lived or want to live there either one no

The neighbors are friendly and the staff is okay. Maintenance, as far as small things such as a broken screen could be better, however, the larger things get done pretty soon. The rent is affordable and it's enough room for me and my plants. It's also pet friendly for those who have pets.
