Tremendous value, great location, responsive staff

I relocated from out of state 3 years ago and a friend recommended Cold Spring Villas. I thank them daily. You cannot find a better property for the price anywhere. Quiet, close to 41 & 441/10, huge apartments with in-unit laundry, large dogs allowed (very rare) and friendly neighbors. Many of the renters are long time residents (up to and exceeding 10 years!) so the tenants are invested and happy here. The property is just starting to age which is the only criticism, but the Maintenance Team is very responsive (same day usually) to any requests. We have been able to save for a home and start a business with the money we are saving in rent. Overall we are very pleased that we chose Cold Spring/Premier Real Estate and will continue here until we purchase a home sometime in the next year or so.

Cozy Living

Been here for over 10 years and very supportive of my living situation. Great location. Quiet! Balance of talkative neighbors and quiet neighbors. Park(s) near by. Gas station and so many other things.
