Its a place to live, doesnt have any amenities, slightly outdated, parking area and entry road to townhouses is full of potholes and damaged cement making it less than ideal. Landscaping and curb appeal leave alot to be desired. I appreciate having a home though so theres that.

Love living here but when they keep raising the rent but dont upgrade anything in my house. Some of my stuff is from the same from when they built the place. Amd when i asked for things to be upgraded they say no.

Its okay living here I have been here 15 years. The rent was more reasonable, but has gone up dramatically in the last couple years not to happy about that. I am a very good tenet I paid my rent on time and don't cause any trouble. I follow all the rules and always move in the winter time so the plow can remove the snow. I wish there wouldn't be such a high rent increase considering I'm a good tenet. My rent went up $165 for this years lease with no explanation why so much. I would want good renters to stay that take very good care of their townhouse. Yes I have recommended this property, but only people that would be good tenets.

We have lived here 6 years - our rent has been increased by 25% - The units are spacious which is what we like. However the neighborhood is declining and the newer tenant clientele leaves a lot to be desired - they have parties with loud music - smoke pot (we can't keep our windows open) picnics that infringe on our personal space around our unit - lots of trash being left around the yards - grass is cut but pride in the yard spaces is not really noticeable - when maintenance comes to take care of a complaint it seems our rent is raised even higher so we are afraid to call - appliances are older and inefficient - as far as value for the dollar - it was a good value - but the rent is raised higher than the value.
