I've lived in downtown Milwaukee for many years and have experienced several apartment buildings during that time. This has easily been my favorite place to live. The building is well maintained, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. What really sets this community apart, though, is the management and staff. They're friendly, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is consistently clean and secure. The location is another huge plus. Being downtown means I'm within walking distance of great restaurants, festivals, the lakefront, and everything Milwaukee has to offer, while still feeling like I have a place that's comfortable to come home to. I would absolutely recommend living here. After many years living downtown, I can honestly say this has been the best apartment building I've called home. If you're looking for a well-managed community with great amenities, a fantastic location, and a team that takes pride in the property, this is an easy recommendation.

Everything on paper about these apartments is pretty good. Staff and maintenance is 12/10 — timely and SUPER nice. The parking is also good. Big spots, indoors, and heated. But the whole package is NOT with what you pat for. I think these aprartments are about $200-$300 prr month overpriced.
