Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full
Cancellation policy:

Booking requirements:

- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Location:
- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars
Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Washington, Mineral, and 3rd St, but not allowed on 2nd St or 1st St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. More info is available by searching online for "Milwaukee night parking permission"
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
