I have been very happy with living here. The only small issue I have had is just the shower drain. Whenever I have put in a request for it to be taken care of, it has been done in a timely manner.

I've lived here a few years. Besides a few maintenance issues taking longer than they should have to rectify, I have no complaints. It's quiet and the outside it kept up nicely.

The appliance are very old/ discolored, carpet old and needs to be replaced or deep cleaning.The cabinet are very old and rotten. There's crakes all in the ceiling in each room but yet the rent goes up 35-50 dollars each year. They removed a locked basement door and placed a unlock door only to have people walk off the street access to the basement. I would appreciate if they would add a lock to doors. Lastly my main door was fine, I understand the doors being uniformed but why wasn't a peep hole added. Just some concerns . Where is the nice landscape like picture online?
