Management does nothing to correct, might as well remove the non smoking signs, but are very aggressive when it comes to the laundry rules

there are non-smoking signs posted all over this building, which i don't see why, the hallways are filled with THC constantly,and management does not even try to enforce, it is very disrespectful as everyone does not need to be subject to the smells when coming and going. besides this issue it's been comfortable, and convenient.

I've been here for four years and I am truly satisfied with the Concord apartments. Almost no noise from the street or other apartments, but everyone is friendly when we pass in the halls. I have never had to wait to use the laundry, but I'm retired and can use the machines when everyone else is at work. I'm a late owl, staying up until 4 and 5:00 some nights, and have never had a complaint about noise.

I have been living here for almost 8 years I think and overall it is a wonderful complex. Maintenance on site is quick and friendly as well as the property manager.
