I very much like it here but my upstairs renters are loud. This winter snow removal hasn’t been the best service. The plow doesn’t go up to garage door and leaves snow at least 3 feet from garage door. Sidewalk isnt good either. I pay plenty with rent increase every 9mo that I shouldn’t have to shovel. The manager is Never in the office. Frustrating. I’ve lived here 4 years and things are going downhill. Sad:( Not sure I would refer anyone

I really enjoy living here because there is plenty space between each building. The inside is beautiful and the garage is very large. I have great neighbors! I live on the lower level and have a nice patio which i decorate with flowers. The only drawback is that they raise my rent every 9mo. Which always is a huge jump. I have lived here 4 years.

The rent is high compared to other apartments in the area but I definitely appreciate the newer apartments, modern appliances and attached garage.

We have lived here for several years and overall have been happy with our apartment. The condition of the apartment was new when we had moved in and overall had no major issues. We are able to get our maintenance request serviced quickly. This apartment is located close to many supermarkets and the central of town.
