Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. Excellent location for price

We have lived here for several years and overall have been happy with our apartment. The condition of the apartment was new when we had moved in and overall had no major issues. We are able to get our maintenance request serviced quickly. This apartment is located close to many supermarkets and the central of town.

Worth the price

Stayed here already for a year. Pretty much is well maintained and the noise level even with the nearby school is not too loud. I wish we had BBQ spots/fire pits in the community like a nearby apartment complex. The nearby public tennis courts are an added bonus! Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wonderful Home

I really enjoyed my time living at the Highlands of Marshfield. Staff is great actually the best I've had. It's actually too bad they didn't have a one bedroom apt because I would have stayed. Apts. Are spacious relaxing and in a very nice area. I would definately recommend them to anyone. If I ever needed a bigger home again I would definately go back.
