So far the experience has been pleasant. Future builds there needs to be more sound proofing of the garage below the apartments. Wind chimes need to be made illegal!!

I've been a tenant at this wonderful building for a year, I have had an amazing experience. The manager is always in the office, getting back to me almost instantly. If there is maintenance required, they'll do it for you ASAP and they will report back to you with any results and solutions that may be needed. The apartments were super clean, roach free and checked regularly. The community along with the neighbors are all friendly, making walking your dog just that more enjoyable. The location of these apartments are ideal for my family and I located minutes away from almost everything! I would highly recommend, to any searching for something to call home.

I've been living here about a year come this August, 2023! I am extremely happy with the apartment, the location is right where I needed it, close to town. Pets was a must in my family and around here, apartments do not allow pets. Grateful I was able to keep a member of my family and stay in town here.
