I have lived here for more than 5 years and the rent is now skyrocketing, they are now making us pay for water which is used to heat the units, sewage, trash, admin fee and stormwater. When I moved in I only paid my individual MG&E bill. Many people are moving out mainly because of the major increase in the rent.

Comfortable living good location, parking garage convenient resident population diverse, ages from 55 to 105. Commons room adequate, grounds well maintained, courtyard unique, offers natural environment. Volunteer efforts on behalf of residents continue to offer inhouse entertainment, diverse enough to satisfy some if not all. The fact that pets are allowed a plus. Visitor parking is questionable, often circle is occupied thus not offering parking space for visitors. Adequate parking could be reserved precisely for visitors on both front, sides, back of building which would allow visitors immediate access to enttrances in the building.
