The inside is a little bit outdated, but the team has been doing a good job taking care of the building. The heat is always ample during the winter. Oversized double windows make it easy to stay warm and cozy in the winter. The location is great, super close to major bus lines, and walking distance to whole food, target, and hilldale mall. Hope they won't raise my rent next year so that I can stay until I graduate!

I've lived here for two years now and have had a pleasant experience! The staff are very attentive and easily approachable. The view is beautiful. Heat is decent! When extreme weather happens, the management team even distributed extra heater to tenants in need! Snow was cleaned in a timely manner. My only issue is the shower temperature keep fluctuating from super hot to super cold..I guess it's just something came with the old building... Underground parking is not heated, and the drainage can be a little finicky at times, but it keeps the car protected.

I have lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! Beautiful view of the park with oversized window. Maintenance is very responsive. Pool and grill is a great perk in the summer. The facility is kind of old but everything still works fine. You can't find a better place to live with the price and location.

I have no major complaints. However, the water has a hard time getting hot in winter and the rent is pricey. The neighborhood is nice, and the building isn’t really noisy.
