Two years at Pres House Apartments
I love the location of Pres House! It is so central to my classes at UW and so convenient to the everything in the city. I also really appreciate the scholarship programs Pres House offers. The community building activities and free frozen meals are also a perk.
Living at Pres House
I am going to be living here for a second year. I wish there had been other options but unfortunately, finding an apartment in Madison that is close to campus as a student is incredibly difficult. I only signed on for another year because I was ensured I would be living in a convenient area on campus. The property manager is so difficult to work with and makes the entire process so much more difficult than it needs to be. Living here in general has been good though. The location is great, the units are nice (depending on if you're facing a wall or not), and the events that are held in the building are very nice.
