Great Place to live
We've lived in this apartment for 3 years now. The building is excellent it has a lot of character and history, we love the location and the lake view is priceless.
My Review!!!!
Everything is fine but the apartment was way smaller than expected. I only was able to do a virtual tour with Covid going on so I was surprised on move in day. I’m in a one bedroom but it’s about the size of an average efficiency/ studio. Also I noticed right away that there is not much cleaning/ maintenance done around the building. There are huge webs and spiders everywhere surrounding the building. Looks like the building hasn’t been cleaned or touched in decades. The hallways inside of the building are fine though. So far the staff seem to be great at responding to requests! They also respond in a timely manner so hopefully something can be done about the building soon. The parking is waaaay better than I expected!! I’m sure it most likely will get more difficult in the winter with the alternative side parking. I do like my apartment overall especially after decorating and the view is really nice! I just can’t open my windows because there are spiders and webs around them as well unfortunately. I feel that the outside of the building should be kept up a little better.
