So far, staff has been responsive. Price is good and it's been very quiet, even with me being on the second floor and having tenants above me. Walkable neighborhood and honestly, it's been uneventful which I appreciate.

Great property! Amazing value, location, and parking. Very little noise transfer between units and friendly neighborhood. I would recommend the actual building to anyone. I am displeased with the property management, though. For this reason, I would be hesitant to refer people or recommend leasing at this unit

The elevator here goes down every couple of months, usually on the weekend and is out of service until the next business day because they are too cheap to pay the overtime to have it fixed. If you depend on an elevator to get around, avoid them.
