When reaching out to managers, they are very quick to respond. Rent keeps increasing which is difficult but location is good. Can be slow to have Maintenance requests completed.

I submitted request for maintenance last week before labor day but I haven’t from them. I also complained about somebody entering my apartment with out notice and emailed them about it but never heard from them either. I just wish the new management will acknowledge your emails or request by replying by simply letting you know what the plans. Since I have no idea when they are planning to change my broken microwave and Air conditioned. .
