One year lease, or willing to consider some shorter term options. Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed on this property, building or grounds. Pet Policy: We will consider a neutered/spayed cat with an additional $20/month pet fee. The following information explains our acceptance criteria by which all applicants must qualify.
