Good for two people

The only problems we really had were that AC doesn't reach the bedrooms at all so it gets really hot in the bedrooms, there isn't really any airflow in the bathroom so as a result, mold grows in the bathroom and you have to clean that every once in a while, ethernet only goes to one bedroom, so we had to run a long CAT6 cable to the other bedroom from the router, and there is no range hood, so it is easy for the place to get smokey and the air quality indoors goes down the gutter. Other than those issues, the place is nice for two people.
