Additional Deposit: $250 per dog Additional Monthly Rent: $25/month per dog NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT. The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. HARRISON ESTATES

Harrison Estates is the my first-time renting apartment. It includes all the in-aparment amenities, space, and privacy I was looking for. The noise level from traffic and the neighborhood is surprisingly low despite being right next to a state highway. It's the perfect driving distance to my job and in-city necessities. Management makes it possible to get an accepted application through contract conditions and to be able to move in with my furry family members. Facility and building maintenance is detailed and prompt in routine up-keep and unusual weather conditions.

We love living here. Convenient location with quick access to Kaukauna and Appleton for any needs. Neighbors have been respectful. Staff has veen responsive to any needs and does a great job communicating with the community as a whole.
