Poor management Poor maintenance Poor housekeeping and hallways/elevators Unfinished houses Poor installation

Especially in the middle floor you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do and say...For some reason,our manager is not able to hire a very needed cleaning CREW..this is a very big building.if they want to attract a better quality renters,keeping common areas clean makes sense...In the year I have been here the hallways have been mopped 3 times..this wonderful new manager is number 5 for office managers since i moved in..She is quality,a really nice lady;! Also the noise situation, no one of quality is going to stay here very long when they have to put up with loud music loud talking ,obnoxious fighting.,And even having to hear everything your neighbors do and say. You make a noise complaint and management has never done anything about it. The police have been here so many times for noise complaints and other things they don't even respond anymore.. there are many apartments that have way too many animals, animals that are not registered, more people than are supposed to be there. They let their kids run the halls and be loud. Not the new manager's fault. She has been put in an almost impossible situation to clean up a mess that she had nothing to do with creatng.... If you do an announced inspection instead of kind of showing up and do maybe a hi how are things going. Just about everyone who has too many people or too many animals is going to have enough time to hide them..

You do not want my honest opinion. It’s a place to live. That’s roof over my head and I’ll give it that loosely. Considering I can see my neighbors from my ceiling..
