The upstairs apartment seems to be very loud during hours of midnight and 3am often. Residents from the other building seem to take up parking spots closer to the dumpster area when they could park up by their building. Otherwise everything else is very nice & clean. People that use the dumpsters could throw their trash into dumpsters and when missed they could clean their mess up instead of leaving it in parking lot or grass areas

We've been without AC for over a month in a top floor unit, terrible communication about the problem, seem to be in no rush to fix it what so ever. I haven't slept well in weeks. On top of it all through this ordeal they have the audacity to raise leave a note at our door that they're raising our rent, all while they still haven't fixed the problem.

This is by far the best place I’ve EVER leased—ever! Quiet hours are respected. No pests nor rodents. The HVAC system and appliances work. The hallways are clean and the team managing the complex is not shy about enforcing the nonsmoking rule. Maintenance requests are honored at the time specified by the team. Designated parking space in the garage means I’ll never have to worry about leaving work early to get a spot. Swan Creek provides great value for what I pay in rent. I’m alone and feel very safe here. There is plenty of green space and I’m close to shops without all the noise and heavy traffic. The Director was kind enough to honor my request for an additional outlet in the underground garage so that I could plug in my EV overnight. That gesture was huge to me. The whole team is amazing and I honestly will be very sad when it’s time for me to return to my permanent residence.
