Nice size townhouse. Raised rent $150 in 2 yrs. Outdated kitchen and bathrooms. Nice neighborhood.

The main issue with thisnproperty is noise. Basic road noise is significant. And i would expect that A property so close to the airport would have invested in better insulation…. We can also clearly hear beighbors who ate just engaging in normal conversation. Maintenance is at the bare minimum. I requested mai tenance when first miving in, and have not had a response. Basic lawncare seems to be taken care of, but the yard is constantly littered with debris. The leaves, branches, seed pods, and trash that pop up around the property really do not dress the place up. Its as if no one from the management vompany are actually paying attention to this place.
