The Ruby is very centrally located, with easy access to the highway. Unfortunately the parking situation is not great. There is very limited parking outside, so if you have a vehicle, you'll want to make sure that you purchase a spot. Unfortunately, you'll have to be prepared for poor parking management, and having to drive around until a spot opens up outside when someone else parks in your assigned spot. The building is new and is very nice, but the headache and poor service of the parking, for the price they charge, is not worth it.

I have lived here since August and every month (except the free one) my parking fee has been more than what is on my lease agreement and I have not seen any adjustments or credits to my account. I have reached out through email and never get a response back. There is very limited parking for guests. The dog waste bins have not been emptied and they are currently overflowing with dog waste bags. I am happy with the location of the apartment complex but the new management is not doing a great job. Overall not super happy with my experience so far.

Great location & amenities, the new management has been cleaning up a lot around the property and completing work orders, the resident events are fun and a nice way to meet your neighbors.
