Great staff and maintenance! Quiet, with access to stores, restaurants, freeways. Residents are friendly and helpful. Underground parking safe and secure.

I have lived here since march 2023 and i love it. the parking garage is kinda small and the location next to a school isn't ideal for privacy if you face that side. People here are kind and keep to themselves. Only reason I would move would be to live in a house.

Although pricy (slightly overpriced) you moslty pay for what you get, a decent amount of amenities, a mostly quite spot with a very attentive and effective handy man.

One of the best places I've ever lived in. It's an amazing place to live, the neighbors are great and the location/views is simply breathtaking! The property manager, Danielle, is such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff is extremely professional and issues, if any occur, are fixed immediately. We really enjoy living at Lilly Preserve
