I love the quiet of being next to the creek. My neighbors are extremely great! I just wish the landscaping, fountain and central garbage were better maintained.

Needs improvement
Lost our fountains. New paint is peeling off stairs. Trash compactor is almost always a dumpster fire as far as messy
