I love the quiet of being next to the creek. My neighbors are extremely great! I just wish the landscaping, fountain and central garbage were better maintained.

Lost our fountains. New paint is peeling off stairs. Trash compactor is almost always a dumpster fire as far as messy

It’s okay, it’s got its downs though. The noise and the parking is a problem, I feel like there’s not enough spaces available and it’s irritating that you can hear literally everything around you.
