Average, nothing great except the managers in the front offi

When moving here I thought Wow what a deal from having access to an indoor basketball court, a gym and a pool but these thing are only available when the office is open! So if you have a job you can expect you will rarely see any of these activities available for your use. The parking is a nightmare!! I work alot so when I cone home I have to park at 7-11 and walk across the street to my apartment. Even though I pay rent there is never no parking available, unless you pay the extra $100 a month for a guaranteed spot, what a joke. The maintenance is good when the app actually works, the maintenance team is very good with communication when they find out you have an issue, I would like to applaud them for this. Overall if you need somewhere quick this is your spot. If you want any kind of luxury look elsewhere.

It's just ok

I feel that before move-in more should be done to prepare the unit. There are missing baseboards, wiring shorts, light switches that are glitchy and more. I truly appreciate the demeanor of office staff as they are pleasant to interact with on most days. I do believe the gym and basketball courts are enjoyable however the pool is disappointing as it does not appear to be for adults. The noise level in the mornings is quite loud on school days. There appears to be no adult supervision and the kids run wild making loud noises, cussing and banging on things.
