The gym can use an upgrade, and the parking spaces can be more spaces

Staff was misleading when we first expressed interest. There seemed to be a power game, half truths given. Parking is poor for visitors. The visitor parking area is always full. Many personal vehicles park in spaces without complex approval. Maintenance most likely does their best but sometimes is lacking, possibly need more staff to address concerns or more attention given to what should be on regularly scheduled maintenance items. The little dog park on the NW corner was a great add.
