I've been living at Coen and Columbia for the last year and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The staff have been friendly and accommodating and the location is the best in town with the farmers market right across the street every Saturday of the year. It has truly been a pleasure to get to call this place my home!

The building, staff and amenities have all been great as well as the security of the building. Some small things about the surroundings that are not the best like the noise in the evenings to the east and some people around the Esther Short park and Plaid Pantry.
