Have really enjoyed. Loud cars ans people out late at night gets frustrating. Gym could use more equipment. Would love a pool or hot tub

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. There are a few minor concerns - the garage beeps loudly and we can (barely) hear it from our apartment. The washer/dryer aren't very strong, but they still get the job done! Similar story for the garbage disposal. These minor concerns aside, the complex is awesome!! The view of the river is so nice, and the safety/security we've experienced has been wonderful. We can finally have some peace of mind, after coming over the river from Portland. Everybody here, including the residents, have all been so nice and polite. It definitely feels like home here :)

If you love living downtown this place is for you. All the pros and cons of downtown living are true. Very busy and loud. Lots of fun things to do, and no parking for visitors.
