I'm surprised whenever I drive to my place the location is perfect the views are amazing and it's quite here. The Staff is super friendly and helpful and always available. Maintenance is fast and professional when needed this place is so well maintained I be surprised if you ever need them but again always available. I've recommended to co- workers who have also found the property to be an exceptional place to reside. We love it

I’ve asked the manager multiple times for a new fan in my bathroom. It’s been over 6 months and I’ve even asked her in person twice and put in requests on the site. She doesn’t care

The facility is nice enough but the rent increases are horrific. Any push back form tenants is met with some scripted BS about 'market rate'; as if the investors/owners/slum-lords aren't the ones deciding what the market rate is. It would honestly be refreshing change just to have management level with you and say "oh sorry, we don't actually care about you or family, we're only interested in maximizing profits". Just be upfront about if that's your game, can't have it both ways. There is dog poop everywhere. It seems to be a problem stemming from other complexes in the neighborhood, as most of the tenants w/ dogs at Newport Heights seem to clean up after their animals. There is no speed posted on the street (152nd). It's a pretty steep hill and vehicles regularly travel at speeds approximate 50 mph. Like daily you can find cars moving at highway speeds in a densely populated residential neighborhood. Several dogs have been killed and we're probably well overdue for a kid getting seriously injured or killed. Look elsewhere if you can, and good luck!
